“Working with Keith is a dream. He nailed the vibe we were looking for…
non-traditional but still totally us…
Keith made us feel completely comfortable, even though taking photos is totally out of my comfort zone.”
— Morgen
I'm Keith — and I've been making people look extraordinary outdoors for 8 years.Outdoor commercial campaigns for Lululemon, On Running, Mercedes and lots of couples taught me how to find the shot in real environments, with real people, under real conditions. No studio. No second chances.
My wife and I eloped in Zion. This business exists because that day changed how I see my work.

Your elopement isn't just a ceremony.
It's an entire day you designed.
"But what would we actually do all day?"
Most couples have never eloped before — so this question makes complete sense. Here's the truth: your ceremony might take 20 minutes. Your day takes twelve hours. That gap is where the real magic lives — sunrise hikes through silent red rock, a private champagne toast on a mesa edge, a long slow dinner in a candlelit canyon town. We help you build the whole thing, start to finish.
See First light turning sandstone from gray to amber. A horizon with no other people in it.
Hear Wind through slot canyons. Your vows echoing off a 400-foot wall. Total silence after you say yes.
Feel Cold morning air before the sun clears the ridge. The weight lifted the moment the ceremony ends.
Smell Desert sage after rain. Woodsmoke from the firepit at your private cabin that night.
Taste Champagne warm from the sun. A slow dinner you actually sat through — because there's no reception to rush back to.

What's different about working with me:
→ Moab, Zion, the Salt Flats and the spaces in between are my home turf — the light, the crowds, the permits, the hidden spots most photographers never find.
→ I read people fast. Wild and charismatic or quietly in love and camera-shy — I adapt to you.
→ Within fifteen minutes, most couples forget I'm there. That's when the real photos happen.
→ The price you see is the price you pay. Travel, planning, permits — all in. No invoices from me after the fact.
“One of the most talented and inspiring people I've had the privilege to work with…
A true visionary, an artist at heart, and an exceptional creator. Easily one of the best in the game.“
— Klodian
How This Works:
Fill out the contact form — takes about a minute. Tell me your date, location ideas (even vague ones), and vibe. It's completely fine if you don't have a plan yet.
I'll reply within 24–48 hours with availability and initial thoughts. If we seem like a good fit, we'll get on a quick call.
On that call, we figure out your location, package, and timeline.
Contract + retainer holds your date. Then we get to work.

The questions most couples ask before they reach out
-
How much does a Utah elopement photographer cost? Local Utah packages start at $2,800 for 4 hours, travel included. Moab and Zion packages start at $3,400 — drive, fuel, and accommodation included.
-
A single uncut 4K capture of your vow exchange — clean audio, lightly color-graded, delivered within one week. Not a produced film. Just the realest two minutes of your day, preserved exactly as it happened. Included with every package.
-
Yes, in some places — and the consequences of not having one are real. I walk every couple through what their specific location requires, well in advance.
-
Spring (March–May) and fall (September–October) offer the best light and weather. Winter in the canyons is stunning and far less crowded. [→ Read the full Utah seasons breakdown]
-
For spring and fall, 3–6 months. Your date and location matter — reach out as soon as you know either one.
-
Up to 10–15 guests work well within elopement packages. For larger groups, see the intimate wedding page.
-
It won't. Within fifteen minutes, most couples forget the camera exists. Stiffness is a direction problem — and that's on me to solve, not you.
